All he wants for Christmas is his two bottom teeth
Dylan has started to get his first tooth in we could see the white poking through already on Sat. then today as I was rubbing his gums I noticed the one right beside it starting to show too! I was so excited.
Vroom-Vroom
Dylan has also started making this weird noise when he plays with his cars. I think that he is trying to make them go vroom-vroom.
Dylan's real laugh
We were over at my best friend Melinda's new apartment Sat. night and she was watching her bosses dog Colonel Sanders. Dylan has seen and played with all kinds of puppies but, for some reason he really liked this dog. We heard his first real laugh!!!

Visit to Santa brings snow!
We took Dylan to visit Santa and while we were paying for his picture one of the helpers there said look it's snowing outside. So we quickly paid and went to see. It was so magical even the Santa came outside to see. I felt like a little kid again seeing Santa and snow. He was telling the kids passing him"How do you like the snow I brought?" When we arrived home we had so much snow all over and it didn't quit for hours.

The two sickies
Thought I would drop an update really quick Dylan got his first cold and who would have thought I would be sick at the same time. Pete has been extremely good with taking care of the both of us. He is amazing! We are a sneezing, coughing, sore throat and congestion mess. (sounds like the commercial) I have been running around sanitizing the whole house! Dylan stayed the night with Granny Trudy so that I can finally get a good nights rest. We have been with this since Wed. so as soon as it started I took him to the Doctor and she prescribed him an inhaler. Poor baby!!! Since, we got sick he has been a cranky baby that we can't seem to make happy. Up all day and night wanting to just be held standing up. Oh, and did I mention he is also teething to make matters worse. Yep, the Doctor said his gums are swollen and to expect teeth soon!!!

Thanksgiving in Vidor
We spent the night before Thanksgiving with my Dad and Step-mother, then Thanksgiving morning we went to Pete's Mom's(aka Dylan's Granny's house) after that we were off to Vidor to spend it with my Mother and My Granny and the rest of the family. I was so great since my Granny only has gotten to see Dylan once since the hospital. We ate and Dylan played with everyone. My Granny showed me how to use my sewing machine. YEAH!!! I was a little worried about the trip, but Dylan did fine and we packed enough supplies to last the whole day. All in all it was such a wonderful Thanksgiving and we can't wait for Christmas.

A work in progress
So, I have decided to finally start to decorate our dinning room. First things first I had to paint it......I am normally more attracted to neutral colors, but for some reason I decided to go different on this room. It was a plain white color now it is a burnt orange. I actually love the color. Now I am working on ideas to compliment this beautiful. I am open for suggestions....
4 months old!
Dylan is now 4 months old and so you know what that means.....more shots. This time Pete went with me so he could see why I get so nervous for our little guy the day of his appointment. Needless to say he knows how I feel now. He weighed in at 15 lbs 15oz and he is 26 inches long. The Doctor we seen was a temp doc until or pediatrician gets back from maternity leave. She looked at Dylan and looked at us and said where does he gets his tallness from? Pete and I are just so astonished on how much he has grown. I put a few cute pictures on here that I think are pretty cute of him. Oh yeah now that he has this rollig thing down he does it so much now. I can put him in spot on the floor and I will look over and he is in a completly different spot.

Guess what I can do?
Well, our little boy has accomplished his next milestone.....turning over. It is so funny because we were just saying that he can turn somewhat over but he can't quite get his whole body over. He caught us off guard when he first did it and I was not sure if he would do it again so I could catch it on camera. We did though we kinda had to covert about it! I am just in shock all the magazines I read said that the babies his age normally role over from tummy to back not from back to front. Our little guy has to be different! We are just too proud though.

The new addition to the family
Everyone I would like you to meet our new Niece Miss. Serena Elizabeth Dennison. She was 7lbs. 2oz 18 inches long. Mommy and Daddy are doing good and all is going well. We are so very excited to have her finally here. Pete says that she looks just like a little Felicia. We are so proud of Mommy for keeping her blood sugars good so that she can bring this beautiful- healthy baby into this world. Way to go guys!!
