Pete and I went last Saturday to our first Rockets game this year. I had gotten the tickets as part of Pete's Christmas and we thought we might have to reschedule because he was feeling under the weather. We made it though and the Rockets won! I was nice to get out and do some grown-up stuff with each other.

Big boy toys!

Since Dylan is getting older, bigger and longer we decided to upgrade his car seat and bathtub to "big boy status". He really enjoys the newer editions as you can see for you selves in the pictures. I have to say though I do feel a little sad when I realize my baby is getting so big before longer he wont be a baby anymore.

Wow, we can't believe that Dylan is 6 months old already. Time has really flown. Pete and I are enjoying every minute of it too! Our big boy went for his 6 month check-up and shots today his stats are...... 18 lbs 10 oz(big boy) 28 inches long(yep he is very long)

sWe had our just a few family members and friends on New years. The guys played beer pong which seemed to be a pretty big hit. Dylan feel asleep before midnight, but was woke up by all the fireworks. It was not a good way to start the new year,but once we finally got him back to sleep he through the rest of the night(morning should I say). The next day was better and we were all well rested.

Pete and I bought Dylan his first outside swing for Christmas and we were waiting for a pretty day to put it up. Well that beautiful day came this last Sat. He loved it!!! He even swung so much in it he feel asleep in it for a little while. Since it was so nice we let him sleep while we sat in the grass and talked. Oh yeah, and I must add Dylan is getting better each day at sitting upon his own he falls over though. Maybe soon he will be sitting up like a big boy!

We had a pretty busy Christmas this year since it was Dylan's first we had a lot of people to see. We had tons of fun and Dylan got so many gifts that we had to buy somewhere to store all of them!
